InCommOn – Innovative Communities Onwards-carries out a Zero-Waste project in Athens, Greece called ‘FoodTreasure’. It is an environmental education project which works with young people on the adoption of good practices about organic waste via practical and critical thinking education in schools. Working with teachers, parents, pupils and the school community, FoodTreasure empowers young people to make the changes they want to see-in their homes, school and among their peer-groups.
