On May 26, 2021, the Municipality of Tsarevo, partner in the Project “Zero Waste Strategy: Methods and Implementation in the Black Sea Basin” / ZeroWasteBSB under the Joint Operational Program for Cross-Border Cooperation under the European Neighborhood Instrument “Black Sea Basin 2014-2020”, organized cleaning along the river students and teachers from Sofia University “Nikola Vaptsarov” Tsarevo and Primary School “St. Cyril and Methodius” Ahtopol, cleaning the bank of the river from Bulgarian side and the beach of the village of Rezovo This event is the first of the campaign to clean the coastlines in the municipality and the rivers Rezovska and Veleka.
